As well as our hands on support, Phoenix HR and Recruitment understands that some businesses require a less hands on approach and have therefore developed a range of DIY HR packs to cover all areas of human resources, from recruitment to dismissal. Each pack contains documents that are adapted to suit each business. Julie says “we believe that every business is unique and therefore we take the time to find out what each business requires before providing them with the relevant documentation”.
