RETAINER SUPPORT PACKAGES

If it's just peace of mind you want, we have an aptly named 'Peace of Mind' package for just £105pm.  This will provide you with telephone and/or email support when you need it.  So if an issue arises we are on hand to guide you on how to deal with it.  You will also receive regular emails with updates in legislation and increases in minimum wage. 


If you need that little bit more, we have a retainer package for you.


All our packages come with the option of Cloud HR.


And we don't tie you in to long contracts.  All our retainers are on a rolling month basis.


CONTRACTS & AGREEMENTS

It is a legal requirement to provide your staff with an employment contract when they start working for you, but never underestimate the importance of a good contract of employment.  All our contracts are written specifically for you to ensure you get maximum protection for your business. 


Our contract packs are one of our most popular product.  A single contract will cost you £165, but a contract pack costs just £349.  The pack will give you as many variations of the contract that you will require, for an indefinite period, at no additional cost.  Full time, part time, zero hours, term time, fixed term, apprentice, etc. etc.  So as your business develops and grows you will not need to worry.  Just drop us an email and we will prepare the correct contract for you.


We also write sub-contractor agreements, shareholder agreements and other ad-hoc agreements.


Policies & Procedures/STAFF HANDBOOK

Like contracts of employment, it is important that your policies work for your business.  All our policies are written for your business, so if you or your staff need to refer to them they will guide them on exactly what they need to do and when they need to do it.

 

We will write individual policies for you.  We can also provide you with a policy pack that contains 10 standard policies plus 2 policies of your choice for just £349.


For a professional look, why not include the policies & procedures in a bound staff handbook.  We can provide you with staff handbooks in A5 or A4, branded and beautifully bound, so your staff have the information to hand.  Please ask for details


Ad-hoc HR

There are so many different areas of HR and ER (employee relations), far too many to list.  We have 30 years of experience, so there isn't much that we haven't dealt with.  Whether it is succession planning, talent management, TUPE, mergers, redundancies, disciplinaries or other forms of investigative HR we can help.


As an employer you will at some point need to deal with difficult issues such as a grievance or disciplinary.  Problematic employees can be challenging for any employer.  It is important that a full and impartial investigation is carried out, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. We can provide you with an experienced HR consultant to support you, or if you are a small organisation we can carry out the process for you.


We also conduct DBS and other forms of reference checks.
