After speaking with Julie from Phoenix HR I decided to go ahead with applying for the kickstart campaign. 

I instantly felt Julie was genuinely invested in finding the right candidate for us and cared about how this could benefit both the candidate and the company. 

We are in our peak season at the moment and I was concerned about how much time this could take away from running the business. That concern could not have been further from the reality. 

I met with Julie for a short but concise meeting, filled out 3 short pages and then received regular communication on the progress. Julie informed me of our first candidate and after interviewing them, suggested I also interview them as she seemed a very good fit. The candidate was almost exactly what I described when we initially met.

Julie has engaged four people on the Kickstart Scheme for two of my clients. I just have to say Julie Has been very helpful.  She has helped me to help my clients and for that I am extremely grateful.

Julie has also helped me with a redundancy situation for one of my clients who was making his only member of staff redundant after 30 years. Julie dealt with it from start to finish and it absolutely made my life easier because I was able to know exactly how much to pay the employee and know that it was all being done correctly. At Clifton Nash we invariably on occasion have requests from our existing clients for other Professional Service Consultants.

This transpired recently when the son of one of our clients who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis felt he had the need for some advice on his existing Employment Contract due to difficulties he was having with his existing employer.

Julie kindly offered to assist our client with their enquiry and contacted them immediately to offer support.
